Singer-songwriter LeeZu (real name Lee Junyoung) has passed away. He was 42.
On the 4th, composer XeoN wrote on his social media, "I solemnly inform you. My friend and the composer of the DJ MAX beloved by us, LeeZu, has departed on a long journey alone. Please remember the many songs he left behind, and I earnestly ask that you honor him so his path is not lonely. I offer my deepest condolences," and announced the obituary.
LeeZu was a singer, songwriter and YouTuber. Previously using nicknames such as DEVA and P. Remi, he provided "The Guilty" and "Burn it Down" to the rhythm game DJ MAX TECHNIKA2 under the name P'sycho-Remi, and was also known for a guitar feature on "Love is Beautiful."
After getting married, he and his wife left Seoul to live in the countryside and appeared on KBS1's 6시 내고향. He was reported to have divorced in January 2023 and ran a YouTube channel afterward.
