Actor Park Kyung-hye shared tips for living alone.
On the 3rd, a video titled "Ask me anything about living alone" was posted on the YouTube channel 경혜볼래.
In the video, Park Kyung-hye made a sign that said "Would you like to enter the counseling center" and then began counseling. When asked about tips for living alone, he said, "Since I recently just started living independently, I'm a fresh, up-to-date independent person," and said that first you should budget accurately.
Park Kyung-hye said, "When living alone, there can be expenses. Whether it's health, consumables that need to be stocked here, furniture, and so on, you should include all of that when making a budget. So I think it's best to make a budget and look for a house that fits within that budget."
She went on to explain that you should consider everything you need to fill the house with, daily necessities, utility bills, real estate agent fees, one month's living expenses, emergency funds, and then think about the monthly rent you can pay after excluding all of that.
Then Park Kyung-hye said, "I had a car, and apart from this parking spot, any other place attached extra costs. Considering electricity and gas, if you also pay parking and this and that, you might think, 'One million won could disappear in a month without blinking.' But this house had free parking."
Second, she said you should inspect the house carefully. She confessed, "I think each person's personality shows a little differently. Because someone originally lived in this house, it felt rude for me to look through their things. So I just looked around the entrance roughly and left."
Park Kyung-hye said, "That person also took time to show the house to us," and advised, "So look carefully for mold, whether the bathroom is worn out, and before moving in, tell the landlord about any parts that can be fixed and discuss those in advance."
