This is a review article written after watching the broadcast.
On the 2nd broadcast of MBC 'Perfect Crown' (hereafter Perfect Crown), the first night between Seong Hee-ju (IU) and IAAN (Byeon Woo-seok) was depicted.
IAAN was so worried about Seong Hee-ju suddenly collapsing during the wedding that he carefully told chief court lady Choi (Park Joon Myun) the parts to be careful about. Hearing this beside him, Seong Hee-ju, feeling burdened, told IAAN, "I want to be alone with you two," and IAAN's heart raced and he became dazed.
After everyone left the room, Seong Hee-ju finally lay down on the bed with an expression that she could breathe, and IAAN smiled as he touched Seong Hee-ju's hair. Seong Hee-ju grumbled, "I was confident I wouldn't change even if I became a military wife, but everyone saying military wife, military wife makes me a bit self-conscious. They're all just watching me."
Welcoming their first night, IAAN and Seong Hee-ju lay on the same bed. Seong Hee-ju, seeming concerned about IAAN, told him to go sleep on the sofa, but IAAN pulled Seong Hee-ju into his arms and jokingly said, "It's our first night; are you going to do it modestly?"
Seong Hee-ju gave a surprise kiss to IAAN who had his eyes closed. Then she said, "Don't worry. I'm right here," and, embarrassed, hid under the blanket. IAAN kissed Seong Hee-ju on the head and held her tighter.
Afterwards, an epilogue was revealed. IAAN, having spent the first night, greeted a happy morning holding Seong Hee-ju who slept in his arms. Chief court lady Choi repeatedly called IAAN without noticing, and worried that Seong Hee-ju might wake up, IAAN sent a text saying, 'If the military wife wakes up, everything will be ruined' to extend their time alone.
