The group Kortis began the full-scale comeback countdown by releasing a large number of teaser videos that offer a glimpse of the colorful tones of their new album.
Kortis on the 2nd at 9 p.m. posted four mood samplers of tracks from mini album 2 'GREENGREEN' simultaneously on the official HYBE Labels YouTube channel. Aside from the pre-released title track 'REDRED' and the track 'YOUNGCREATORCREW', this video, which suggests the atmospheres of the other four tracks, hints at the release of five music videos out of the six total tracks, forecasting a comeback of unprecedented scale.
The released samplers visually and powerfully realized each track's unique personality. From 'TNT', which features dynamic camera work and rough guitar riffs, to 'ACAI', with its coarse, rugged texture that actually features a donkey, to 'Wassup', which conveys a wistful feeling in first-person perspective, and Martin's self-composed 'Blue Lips', which maximizes a languid, dreamy mood through underwater bubble effects, the visuals kept global fans captivated without a moment to look away. In particular, 'ACAI' and 'Wassup' saw all five members credited in the song-writing, embedding the group's firm musical identity.
Meanwhile, Kortis's mini album 2 'GREENGREEN', whose members took a leading role not only in the music but also in choreography and video planning to raise its completeness, will be released worldwide simultaneously at 6 p.m. on the 4th. As of the 3rd, one day before release, pre-saves on Spotify had already surpassed 1.01 million, demonstrating global listeners' explosive anticipation for their return.
