In the surprise live broadcast, Na Young-seok PD used the false pretext of celebrating writer Kim Dae-ju's 20th debut anniversary to completely deceive the three people. In a later interview, Choi Wooshik said, "It felt like something was completely staged. When 100,000 won immediately came up I thought, 'this is a group that really works well together,' but I still didn't know until then," conveying how thoroughly he had been deceived at the time.
The peak of the hidden-camera prank came the moment the truth hidden behind the banner was revealed. When Na Young-seok PD tore off the celebratory placard without hesitation, the real banner appeared behind it reading, "We support Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo Jun and Choi Wooshik's trip. <꽃보다 청춘: 리미티드 에디션>."
The three actors who saw the banner were literally stunned. Park Seo Jun recalled, "At that moment I really felt like I'd been hit on the back of the head," and Jung Yu-mi also said, "I never imagined I'd be dragged away like this during a live broadcast," wearing a dazed expression that elicited laughter.
