"Sora and Jin-gyeong": Sung Si Kyung delivered news about his activities in Japan.
On the 3rd episode of MBC "Sora and Jin-gyeong," Lee Sora was shown taking English lessons with Sung Si Kyung and honorary Briton Baek Jin-gyeong to prepare for a Paris agency meeting.
That day Sung Si Kyung cheered on Lee Sora, who is taking on Paris Fashion Week, saying, "I hope it goes amazingly well. It won't be easy."
Then Lee Sora asked Sung Si Kyung, who recently began activities in Japan, "Did you say you performed on the subway?" Sung Si Kyung said, "I sang a lot at a Japanese shopping mall. Next to a chicken shop."
At age 40, Sung Si Kyung entered the Japanese market relatively late. Lee Sora asked, "Didn't you not have to do that? Aren't you basically Tokyo Dome material?"
Sung Si Kyung said, "I'm kind of blowing up right now because of the Goryeo celadon broadcast. They say Sung Si Kyung went wild, but in Korea they actually talk about the clothes," mentioning an anecdote in which his clothes, rather than his singing ability, became a topic of conversation.
Lee Sora asked, "Korean fans know you, so don't you just wear what you can see?" Sung Si Kyung joked, "No. We smell it and wear it. We don't hold it up to the mirror."
