On the March 3 broadcast of MBC "Sora and Jin Kyung," Hong Jin Kyung was shown meeting top model Han Hye-jin.
That day Hong Jin Kyung said, "Honestly, if you say you're going to model at least once, you should try Paris at least once. I really want to go too," and mentioned the time she gave up all broadcasting activities in the past to challenge fashion week.
But at that time, Hong Jin Kyung returned to Korea without walking in a single fashion show. She said, "My self-esteem was really at rock bottom then and I couldn't even get a grip on myself and thought 'Why did I come here?' and that this wasn't my path, so I focused on variety shows," she confessed.
She added, "But now suddenly being told to go, something sincere has risen in my heart. But I'm also afraid. As sincerity rises, I'm afraid I might get hurt, and I'm afraid it would be humiliating if I show that everything falls apart," she revealed.
Han Hye-jin said, "If you take it lightly the process may be easier, but you make yourself soft and loose and exclude the version of you that would work harder and fight. You really have to go to auditions as if there is no tomorrow. With that rotten mindset of yours, when you get on the plane back to Korea you'll be beating the ground and regretting it," she advised.
In particular, Han Hye-jin said, "I didn't look back. I really worked hard. I went to 30 auditions a day. So how could I have regrets?" and added, "I have no regrets at all," which surprised viewers.
