On the 2nd broadcast of MBC 'Perfect Crown' (hereafter Perfect Crown), Seong Hee-ju (IU) was shown collapsing.
Seong Hee-ju and IAAN (Byeon Woo-seok)'s wedding ceremony took place. With many people watching, the two entered confidently while looking at each other.
Seong Hee-ju suddenly coughed and showed signs of dizziness, and soon collapsed in front of IAAN. IAAN called Seong Hee-ju's name and shouted, "I will leave the palace. I will not forgive anyone who lays a hand on my wife." IAAN's eyes even welled up at Seong Hee-ju's unresponsive appearance.
IAAN took Seong Hee-ju to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital, Seong Hee-ju remained unconscious and examinations began, and IAAN showed such worry that he could not leave her side.
