Comedian Kim Shin-young said she is self-proclaimed "sikdragon," drawing laughter.
On the 1st episode of MBC entertainment show I Live Alone (hereinafter "I Live Alone") episode 645, comedian Kim Shin-young showed an unusual chemistry with actor Ku Sung-hwan.
That day Kim Shin-young, when asked whether she felt the recent I Live Alone broadcast reaction was hot, answered, "It was hot. I got the nickname 'Charlie and the Glass Noodle Factory'".
Known for putting glass noodles in every dish she ate, she added, "There was a shortage of glass noodles." Upon hearing this, Kian84 admired, "Noona's influence is like G-Dragon," and Kim Shin-young went further, saying "sikdragon," provoking uproarious laughter.
Ku Sung-hwan praised Kim Shin-young's appearance, saying, "I received a lot of messages," and, "In our bulk-up circle, she is almost the guru."
Ku Sung-hwan continued, "Among the things she said, there were many aphorisms that resonated with me. Especially, 'When I wake up in the morning my appetite comes back and comes back'" expressing his excitement.
Kim Shin-young welcomed him, saying, "There are not many people whose appetite returns in the morning. Two out of ten, and we are those two." Ku Sung-hwan replied, "I actually hit some pork stir-fry this morning," and Kim Shin-young responded, "I had kimchi fried rice." On this, Jun Hyun-moo recoiled, saying, "How many times do those two hold hands?"
Meanwhile, Kim Shin-young revealed that during a past appearance she said, "I watched Professor Jeon Yoo-sung's final moments. The professor said, 'Hey Shin-young, I really want to eat jjambbong but I can't eat it. You shouldn't hold back either; live and eat what you want to eat deliciously,'" she said.
She said, "(Professor Jeon Yoo-sung's last words) became a reason. He saw me for 13 years losing weight and saying, 'I can't do it now,' 'I can't eat bread.' So he said that finally. Eat comfortably and live. I thought gaining weight is also because it's me, so I should love it, and I ate my fill," she said, adding a poignant laugh.
