Earlier, Ko Jun held a private wedding with a non-celebrity bride at a location in Seoul on the 4th of last month. The two, who had known each other for a long time, developed into lovers last year and thereafter tied the knot.
Ko Jun described his wife as "a person with a kind nature who makes me feel at ease and more stable when I am with her," expressing deep affection.
Meanwhile, Ko Jun, born in 1978, debuted in 2001 and revealed that he suffered from paralysis of one side of his body while filming the movie 'Tazza 2.'
At the time, Ko Jun said, "We had filmed two-thirds and one-third remained, but paralysis of one side occurred. Due to lowered immunity, shingles surfaced and affected the brain. Half of my body became paralyzed," and added, "They said after six months it would remain for life, but even after seven months it still wouldn't move."
After finishing the film shoot, Ko Jun said he received treatment for two and a half years and added, "I received 100 to 200 acupuncture treatments a day. But I recovered like a miracle."
