YouTuber Ralral confessed to struggles from adult ADHD and the severe depression she had to endure.

Ralral said, "As an adult, there are parts of work life and self-control you have to manage, and things you don't want to do that you have to do, and you should do them, but you just can't," specifically describing the difficulties she faces in daily life.
Ralral went on, "It's hard to consistently do something for a long time, it's hard to work, and it's really hard to get even trivial things done," she lamented. These symptoms did not just reduce her work ability but led to psychological impact. Ralral added, "When you become an adult, it turns into depression. 'I've been fired again,' 'I failed again' — you say things you shouldn't say. You just say rude things," describing the painful situation of repeated self-blame and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
In particular, Ralral recalled a difficult period, saying, "I had severe postpartum depression. Actually, I lived very freely. From late pregnancy I couldn't rest due to tinnitus. I couldn't take good care of the baby. Everything felt like my fault. I even took postpartum depression medication."
