aespa member Ningning confessed she is not close with Lee Young-ji.
On the 1st, the YouTube channel 'I have nothing to show but...' uploaded a video titled "The devil from the continent [I have nothing to show but...] EP.36."
That day Lee Young-ji opened season 4 of 'I have nothing to show but...' from her actual grandmother's house. The first guest to visit was aespa's Ningning.
Lee Young-ji greeted Ningning with high tension, saying, "I've wanted to invite you for a very long time." Ningning responded with an embarrassed smile.
Afterwards Lee Young-ji explained, "The first time we met was when Raewon and I had a concert and Ningning brought a bouquet," and added, "After that we didn't meet privately. We were internet friends."
Lee Young-ji and Ningning are both INFPs on the MBTI, and although they made plans to meet several times, their schedules never matched until now. But Lee Young-ji recalled, "Still, I kept in touch with Ningning online. We shared secrets and so on," and Ningning answered, "Actually I don't remember well," drawing sympathy.
Meanwhile, after drinking, Lee Young-ji and Ningning suddenly said, "To be honest, we're not close," and "That's right, we're not close," prompting laughter. Ningning said, "We're not close, but there was an inner sense of closeness. Even without contacting each other I always cheered for her existence," adding warmth.
