Last year, after news that she was pregnant with her second child drew many congratulations, Ahn Young-mi will appear on KBS2's Gag Concert.
Eight months pregnant, comedian Ahn Young-mi will, heavily pregnant, return to her original show Gag Concert.
On the 3rd at 11 p.m., KBS2's Gag Concert will feature Ahn Young-mi appearing as a defendant in "Public Trial." Also, boy group 82MAJOR will make a surprise appearance in "Simgok Police Station."
On that broadcast, judge Park Joonhyung will announce the start of the "Public Trial," saying Ahn Young-mi is guilty of "appearing on Gag Concert for the 'family month' special." Prosecutor Park Seong-ho will request a broadcast prohibition injunction, saying, "The problem is that Ahn Young-mi is broadcast on screen without mosaic or sanctions," and lawyer Park Young-jin, while defending Ahn Young-mi, will stage a scene of exchanging jeers with the young audience filling the seats.
Ahn Young-mi protested, "I have something to say to Gag Concert," saying, "Last year you called me for the 'family month' special and this year you call me again and make me unable to do anything." She added, "I didn't only do 19-plus comedy. I also did likeable comedy," and, asserting this, revealed a secret character.
Expectations are rising to see what kind of performance Ahn Young-mi will deliver with her "full-term fighting spirit."
Meanwhile, Ahn Young-mi joined as a KBS class of '19 rookie comedian in 2004 and was loved for various catchphrases and corners, including the mega hit "The Teacher Kang in the Dressing Room."
In 2020 she married a non-celebrity man working in the United States and welcomed her first son in 2023. She later recently announced news of a second child and is due to give birth in July.
