The sudden death of Patrick Muldoon, a popular American actor who dominated the 1990s, has been reported, and the confirmation of an official cause of death has deepened fans' sorrow.
On the 29th local time, Page Six reported that Patrick Muldoon's cause of death was myocardial infarction (heart attack). He was 57. According to obtained documents, the deceased had hereditary clotting disorder and pulmonary embolism as underlying conditions.
On April 19, Patrick Muldoon's sister Shanna Muldoon Zappa said that the deceased spent peaceful time at his Beverly Hills home with his partner Miriam Loboart until the morning of the day he died.
The tragedy came in an instant. When Muldoon went into the shower and did not come out for a long time, his partner found it strange and checked the bathroom, where she found him unconscious and collapsed. Paramedics responded immediately, but Muldoon was pronounced dead at the scene.
Just two days before his death, on April 17, the deceased had interacted with fans on his social media expressing excitement about his next project, "Kockroach." He also appeared healthy and cheerful at the 53rd Saturn Awards held in March, so this sudden bad news is bringing greater sadness to the entertainment industry.
He is remembered by those around him as "endlessly generous, charismatic and full of passion for life." Tributes have continued, saying, "He was a rare actor with a personality that made everyone feel safe and warm."
After the news of his death, a stream of condolences from fellow actors who had worked with him continued. Lisa Linn, who co-starred with him in the drama "Our Lives," posted photos of their memories together with a broken heart emoji to express her sorrow. Mario Lopez of "Saved by the Bell" also said, "My friend, rest in peace," seeing him off on his final journey.
Born in 1968, Patrick Muldoon was loved for his roles as Austin Reed in "Our Lives" and as the villain Richard Hart in "Melrose Place," and he also appeared in films such as "Starship Troopers."
