Kyung-su, who had been considered a popular man on I'm SOLO, was unable to hold his ground when the full-scale fight between Sun-ja and Young-suk began.
On the 29th episode of the SBS variety show I'm SOLO - I'm SOLO (hereafter I'm SOLO), the full-scale struggle between Sun-ja and Young-suk over Kyung-su began. Before that, Young-suk, still unable to decide her feelings properly, went on a date with Gwang-su.
Gwang-su said, "I thought Young-suk had already decided. I thought she had decided on Young-chul," and added, "I saw Young-chul talking with Young-suk. Young-suk was smiling comfortably in front of him. So I thought her mind was made up." He still had serious feelings for Young-suk and wanted, even once, to reach her.
After hearing that, Young-suk cried in the car. Young-suk said, "Did I fail to realize that Young-chul was sincerely approaching me?" which embarrassed Gwang-su. Defconn said, "Gwang-su just said all those warm things, and if you say Young-chul might not have recognized his sincerity, what on earth is that?" in disbelief. After crying some more, Young-suk said, "Gwang-su said something like a eureka to me," and thanked Gwang-su.
Then Young-suk returned and asked Young-chul for a talk, explaining that Gwang-su had told her and that she had come to know his true feelings. Young-chul stopped Young-suk's actions, saying, "Stop talking about Gwang-su. You should be protecting that person. Now you're telling me what Gwang-su said to you, but you didn't protect Gwang-su."
Young-suk and the other female cast members gathered and talked about today's dates. Sun-ja said happily, "I will go straight for Kyung-su no matter what." The woman chosen by popular man Kyung-su was Sun-ja. Young-suk said, "I talked with Kyung-su yesterday and he said I'm among the four candidates. He said we should go on a date next time, but this time Kyung-su chose Sun-ja. And today I'm thankful to Gwang-su. Thanks to him I learned about Young-chul," which made the atmosphere awkward.
Eventually Young-suk, watching Sun-ja and Kyung-su talking, told Kyung-su, "Let's talk," took him away and talked for two hours. Sun-ja, unable to bear it, felt offended. Kyung-su said, "Is it normal if I feel like I'm going to be sick?" and added, "I really felt like I was going to die."
Kyung-su said Sun-ja was his first choice, but because he planned to use a super date pass on Young-suk, he said that even if he couldn't explain that part fully, a situation like this could happen again to some extent.
Young-suk called out, "Sun-ja, shall we talk?" and then hinted at her feelings toward Sun-ja by saying, "Since Young-chul and Sun-ja both have a relationship, should I have spoken to both of you before approaching Kyung-su?" Sun-ja drew a line, saying, "Just because Young-suk spoke to me first doesn't mean I have those feelings. I was only curious about Kyung-su's priorities in his heart," but Young-suk said, "My direction is decided," without revealing whom she had in mind.
Sun-ja said, "That's possible, and I'm only curious whether I'm in that person's heart. Going forward, it's right that I don't tell Young-suk these things. There's no need for me to say this," then turned away. In next week's preview, the direction shifts to the female cast members' choice dates, arousing much curiosity.
