Comedian Shim Hyun-seop explained himself after being criticized for treating his wife Jung Young-rim coldly during their first wedding anniversary trip.
Shim Hyun-seop posted a video titled "Mrs. Jung Young-rim's horror experience (1st wedding anniversary cable car ride)" on the couple's YouTube channel on the 25th. The released video, about seven minutes long, showed the couple Shim Hyun-seop and Jung Young-rim riding the Geoje cable car, drawing attention.
In the video Shim Hyun-seop said, "Young-rim has a bit of acrophobia, but she was the one who suggested we take the cable car," explaining the reason for the trip. He then laughed heartily, showing a mischievous side, saying, "How long has it been. Teasing Mrs. Jung Young-rim."
