Actor Jung I-seo has confirmed her grants in "Wonderfuls," attempting a new transformation.
Jung I-seo plays the role of "Seok Ju-ran" in the Netflix series "Wonderfuls" (directed by Yoon In-sik / written by Heo Da-joong), which will be released on May 15.
"Wonderfuls" is a supernatural comic adventure series set at the end of the 1990s in 1999, about neighborhood idiots who accidentally gain supernatural powers and struggle to protect the world against villains who threaten the peace.
In the story, Seok Ju-ran, played by Jung I-seo, is a character who realizes warped desires together with Ha Won-do (Son Hyunjoo), whom she believes to be her father. Jung I-seo has shown various appearances in films such as Parasite, Samjin Company English TOEIC Class, Josee, Decision to Leave, The Killers, and in dramas such as drama Voice 3, Tale of the Nine Tailed, All of Us Are Dead, and Time to Hunt the Killer.
In particular, the work that left a strong impression of her on the public was "When Life Gives You Tangerines." In it, she raised immersion by playing Song Bu-seon, the daughter of the Seoul boarding house where Yang Geum-myung (IU) stays. She showcased a 100% synchronization rate with a popping charm and deep makeup that seemed to faithfully transport the era.
