Second pregnancy rumors have surfaced around Tang Wei, a Chinese actress who is also beloved by Korean fans.
On the 28th, Greater China media outlets reported rumors that Tang Wei is expecting a second child. Tang Wei had been invited to an event held in Shanghai, China, by a British luxury fashion brand, and speculation about a pregnancy arose because of her outfit and appearance that day.
Foreign media reported that she appeared wearing low-heeled shoes, a loose black dress and a trench coat. In particular, foreign media emphasized that whenever Tang Wei moved, her belly protruded, showing a "D-line" that suggested she was in at least the middle stage of pregnancy.
Another Chinese actress attending the event, Ni Ni, was also seen appearing to protect Tang Wei. After that, Greater China media outlets centered on speculative reports that Tang Wei was expecting a second child.
Looking at the event photos Tang Wei's side released on her official social media, Tang Wei wore a loose black dress with a generous fit that naturally flared into an A-line down to her knees. She also wore the brand's signature trench coat in black, which created an even slimmer optical effect. Her shoes rose to the knee but were low-heeled Western-style boots.
However, Tang Wei's side has not made any separate statement regarding the second pregnancy rumors. Neither her official social media nor Tang Wei's personal social media made any mention related to a pregnancy.
Born in 1979, Tang Wei became popular with domestic fans through the 2011 film Late Autumn, which she worked on with Korean actor Hyunbin and director Kim Tae-yong. In particular, she later developed a romantic relationship with director Kim Tae-yong and drew attention when they married in July 2014.
Two years after their marriage, in 2016, Tang Wei became a mother when she gave birth to a daughter, Summer. Now, 10 years after the birth of her first child, she is reportedly at the center of attention with second pregnancy rumors at age 47.
