Musical actress Jeon Su-gyeong's husband made a surprise appearance on the show, attracting attention with his exceptional visuals.
On the 29th, Eric, Jeon Su-gyeong's husband, appeared on TV CHOSUN's 'Dad and I' and shared an update on his life. When he appeared on screen, his solid physique and well-defined facial features, which made it hard to believe he was 67, drew attention, and the cast exclaimed, "It looks like a 007 movie," "He has the feel of a Hollywood actor."
Eric is currently working as a hotel general manager in Taichung, Taiwan. He said, "It has been three and a half years since I went to Taiwan to open the hotel," and added, "The hotel has 206 rooms and five food and beverage outlets, and it became the No. 1 hotel in its first year of opening," which surprised viewers.
The couple, who married in 2014 and are now in their 13th year of marriage, currently live apart as a long-distance couple. Eric said, "We have been living apart for five years, and I spent three and a half of those years in Taiwan," and explained, "Previously, I worked as a general manager for a hotel group in Gangwon Province."
He continued, "When we were in Korea, we met every weekend, but now we contact each other every day or every other day," and said, "We go to Korea or my wife comes to Taiwan once every two or three months."
When asked especially when he misses his wife the most, he answered, "When I'm hungry," prompting laughter. He added, "My wife's cooking skills are amazing. I want to eat Korean food like kimchi-jjigae," and Jeon Su-gyeong also showed affection, saying, "My husband really likes Korean food, but he says it doesn't taste the same in Taiwan."
Even while living apart over long distances, the couple's sustained affection for each other adds warmth to the story.
