This is a review article written after watching the broadcast.
"Yumi's Cells 3" Yumi (Kim Go-eun) and Sun-rok (Kim Jaewon) drew attention as they suddenly grew closer.
On the 27th, the fifth episode of the TVing original "Yumi's Cells season 3" (directed by Lee Sang-yeop, written by Song Jae-jung · Kim Kyung, provided by TVing) aired, depicting Yumi and Sun-rok rapidly growing closer with Ju-ho (Choi Daniel) between them.
That day, Sun-rok became upset when the editor-in-chief said Ju-ho and Yumi suited each other and retorted, "I don't think they suit each other very well." This was something that would never have happened for Sun-rok, a principled person who normally strictly separates work and personal matters.
But Ju-ho did not know Sun-rok's true feelings. Ju-ho called Sun-rok, who had left without joining Yumi for a second round, and caused a scene, telling him to bring Yumi back.
Sun-rok lied, saying, "The writer is going to see a movie, so she won't be reachable for another two hours," and then texted Yumi to ask if she would like to watch a movie together. This was also something that would be impossible for the principled Sun-rok.
However, when Yumi arrived at the cinema after receiving Sun-rok's text, she saw Ju-ho and stiffened. Yumi's cells misunderstood and expressed regret, saying, "Writer Kim must have ordered it. Maybe Yumi won't come out."
After the movie, when Ju-ho suggested a third round, Yumi asked, "Do you like me? Do you want to date me?" then refused, saying, "But I don't like it. I don't like men who come on casually." She also jabbed at Sun-rok, saying, "Is this part of the producer's job too? This is meddling," expressing her displeasure.
Afterward, Yumi and Sun-rok met again under the rain. Yumi apologized to Sun-rok for speaking aggressively, and Sun-rok replied, "You were cool," surprising her.
The next day, Sun-rok, soaked from the rain, fell asleep after receiving an IV at the hospital, and Yumi, worried about him, placed her hand on his forehead to check his temperature, bringing them suddenly closer and raising expectations.
Meanwhile, "Yumi's Cells" is a work adapted into a drama from the popular webtoon of the same name. In season 3, it portrays a cell-stimulating empathetic romance in which Yumi, now a star writer, once again laughs, cries and falls in love because of an unexpected person who appears like a bolt from the blue in her otherwise bland daily life.<
