Actress IU complained, saying "I can't do it" while practicing the moonlight waltz scene with Byeon Woo-seok.
On the afternoon of the 28th, a video titled 'Na Hee-joo's waltz, Jeongwon graduate indie - Perfect Crown behind the scenes' was uploaded to the 'Now IU Official' channel.
IU went to an indoor studio separately and began individual practice for the waltz scene with Grand Prince IAAN (played by Byeon Woo-seok). Afterwards, she and Byeon Woo-seok had full team practice, and she turned her head the opposite way from the teacher's direction, drawing laughter. Seeing this, Byeon Woo-seok said, "No, the other way," and the teacher ran over and corrected her head position.
Byeon Woo-seok praised her, saying, "But the direction was right. The sense of direction was right," but at that time IU still fumbled, and finally Byeon Woo-seok adjusted her head direction, causing laughter. IU said, "Ugh, I'm tired," but when asked, "Who dances the best?" she confidently answered, "Me."
Also, IU and Byeon Woo-seok practiced the waltz in between filming, and IU said, "The teacher gave a tip. He told us to make it more aggravating."
It turned out that this scene of dancing a waltz under the moonlight was carried out 100% as ad lib by the actors. With a renewed spirit practicing, IU confessed, "I can't do this scene," saying, "This scene isn't easy," which made those around her burst into laughter.
