On the past weekend, Tokyo was filled with the energy of K-pop. Starting with TVXQ!, aespa and TWICE held concerts at major Tokyo venues, spreading the joy of K-pop.
At the center was TVXQ!. TVXQ! held a solo concert "東神起 20th Anniversary LIVE IN NISSAN STADIUM ～RED OCEAN～" at Nissan Stadium for two days from the 25th to the 26th and met local fans.
Following TVXQ!, aespa performed at Tokyo Dome, TWICE performed at the National Stadium, and the band DAY6 performed at Tokyo Keio Arena to meet fans.
The audience for these performances is estimated to have exceeded at least 400,000 people, effectively drenching Tokyo in K-pop. Yunho also shared his thoughts on the historic moment.
Yunho said, "There were so many performances this weekend that you couldn't book a plane. I was really surprised. I think that kind of thing is truly meaningful," expressing his feelings as a senior who had paved the way. He added, "It was created by the fans, and I also think we were lucky, so I will continue to do my best in the same way going forward."
