Actors Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo Jun, and Choi Wooshik were thoroughly caught by producer Na Young-seok's "kidnapping variety" show. tvN's flower boys over youth: limited edition, which premieres May 3 at 7:30 p.m., has unveiled its veil and foreshadowed the three's arduous hardships.
flower boys over youth: limited edition depicts the domestic wandering of Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo Jun, and Choi Wooshik, who are thrown into a situation where they have no idea where they will go or where they will sleep. this season in particular adds various "limited" elements, presenting a survival trip that is even more intense than previous series.
According to the recently released preview video, the incident began with a live broadcast held on Feb. 2. The three, who were communicating with fans, were led by production staff onto the trip without knowing why. The trip, which began with Na Young-seok PD's thunderbolt-like declaration "What do you think it is? You have been kidnapped," was literally a succession of "nothing." With no money, no time, and not even a change of underwear, the desperate lament of Choi Wooshik, who was pushed out onto the roadside saying "What about my underwear, underwear," because he had no underwear, raised curiosity about the full broadcast to a peak.
The members' surprising reflections after the trip also attract attention. Jung Yu-mi said it was a refreshing trip she could never do again because her job meant she rarely had the chance to wander freely outside.
Park Seo Jun's account of his digital detox experience is also impressive. He said he would have been overwhelmed if he had been alone, but because they were together he felt the "limited" aspect had another charm; being in a restricted situation made them move more to solve things. He also noted that he needed his phone less than he expected; without it he actually slept better and was able to talk with the person next to him and give himself time to think, pointing out the positive effects of the digital detox.
Choi Wooshik, an improvisational travel enthusiast, said it was his first time taking an impromptu trip without a car and previewed the sticky fun he felt sharing hardships with the staff.
Attention is focused on what kind of synergy will be produced in this "kidnapping trip" by the combination of Na Young-seok PD's distinctive directing and Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo Jun, and Choi Wooshik, who already proved perfect chemistry on Jinny's Kitchen and others.<
