Comedian Shin Ki-ru has found a new home at SM C&C and foreshadowed a bigger leap.
On the 27th, SM C&C officially announced the exclusive contract, saying, "Shin Ki-ru is a Veteran with many years of broadcasting experience and an artist with an irreplaceable personality. We will spare no support to allow her to demonstrate her capabilities in various fields."
Debuting in 2005 on KBS 'Pepero Club' Shin Ki-ru was selected as an SBS 9th special recruitment comedian and, with solid skills that suit any stage and unique characters on shows such as 'Finding Laughter,' 'Comedy Big League,' and 'Comedy Revenge,' she established herself as one of Korea's leading comedians.
In particular, Shin Ki-ru showcased a distinctive presence in the comedy world with fearless performances and blunt wit on various entertainment programs such as 'Meokjjippa,' 'Undercover Employment,' and 'Credit Limit Exceeded.'
Shin Ki-ru's influence was also proven in web content such as YouTube. While appearing on 'Turkeys on the Block' in the past, cumulative views surpassed 10 million, making her synonymous with "spicy wit," and through her personal channel 'Mwo-Deun-Hi-Ru' she actively communicates with subscribers and demonstrates her role as a trendsetter.
