Group LE SSERAFIM (LE SSERAFIM) heated up weekend music shows with the lead single from their second full-length album, CELEBRATION.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) pre-released the new song CELEBRATION at 1 p.m. on the 24th and then appeared consecutively on KBS2 MUSIC BANK on the 24th, MBC Show! Music Core on the 25th, and SBS Inkigayo ON THE GO on the 26th. Through broadcast interviews the members said they were happy to meet FEARNOT, who have blossomed in a long time. They said the new song carries a meaning of celebration, so they would deliver bright energy that anyone can enjoy like a party, and asked for a lot of anticipation.
On stage LE SSERAFIM immediately captured viewers' attention with solid control honed from last year's world tour and upgraded performances. The powerful chorus choreography, with everyone swinging their arms and heads, emitted overwhelming energy, and the stage arranged with contemporary dancers enriched the song's emotional line. In particular, in the lyric section saying "this is FEARLESS 2.0" they borrowed the signature eye-covering point choreography from their debut song FEARLESS, giving fans a pleasant surprise.
The stage ending and the members' performances also stood out. Instead of a typical ending pose, LE SSERAFIM displayed witty captions tailored to each broadcaster on screen, such as MUSIC BANK first broadcast congratulations, congratulations on Show! Music Core airing on Saturday, and it's time to celebrate on Inkigayo ON THE GO, showing off their playful charm. Member Kim Chaewon also served as MBC Show! Music Core's special MC, amusingly playing the concept of a one-day part-timer and smoothly leading the program with precise diction and stable hosting skills.
The new song CELEBRATION is a song in which LE SSERAFIM celebrates themselves for having acknowledged their inner fears and gained the strength to face them. The group, who shouted they had no fear at debut, now presents a more advanced direction: "we have come to know fear but were able to become stronger." Members Kim Chaewon and Heo Yunjin directly participated in the song's production, adding sincerity, and they completed an intense addictiveness by combining melodic techno and hardstyle, genres gaining attention in the global music market.
Meanwhile, after successfully warming up with the pre-release track, LE SSERAFIM's second full-length album PUREFLOW pt.1 will be officially released on May 22. After the new album release, LE SSERAFIM will perform at the 2026 Weverse Concert festival at Olympic Park in Seoul on June 6 and 7, and on Aug. 14 (Osaka) and Aug. 16 (Tokyo) they will make their debut appearance at Japan's largest music festival, Summer Sonic 2026, continuing their global rise.
