aespa members emphasized staying true to their beginnings as they shared their impressions after finishing their Tokyo Dome concert.
aespa held "2026 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : aeXIS LINE - in JAPAN [SPECIAL EDITION DOME TOUR]" at Tokyo Dome in Japan on Apr. 25 and 26.
After the concert, the members had a brief meeting with the press and shared their feelings about filling Tokyo Dome. aespa credited the fans, saying, "It was our first concert in a while, and the audience who filled Tokyo Dome watched us with bright, sparkling eyes, so we really had fun," attributing the success to the fans.
When told that the Japanese fans' cheering was very loud, aespa marveled, "Our fans always cheer loudly. They even memorize the chants in Korean and follow along, and they make a huge noise." When the members were praised for their high-level Japanese skills, Ningning modestly said, "I kept studying even this morning. I am studying Japanese hard."
Giselle, who is especially from Tokyo, expressed deep emotion. Giselle said, "I have gone to see Tokyo Dome concerts in person, and it is such an honor that I can stand here myself, and it's amazing that we can fill the venue each time," revealing her overflowing feelings.
After finishing their Tokyo Dome concerts, they are preparing to release their second full-length album, LEMONADE, on May 29. When asked about their mindset ahead of the new start, aespa emphasized, "Always not losing our original mindset. We will keep our passion for music and work hard as we always have," and added, "Please look forward to the new full album!"
