On the 27th, a video titled 'You don't know anything about me? (with. 조충현) | Kim Kook Jin loses his cool over AI's informal speech and fake news' was released on Kim Kook Jin's YouTube channel '국지니도 하는데'.
The video showed 조충현, a fellow comedian and 900,000-subscriber YouTuber on Kim Kook Jin's channel, appearing as a guest to learn about AI. Known for AI shorts comedy and impressions and boasting 900,000 subscribers, 조충현 introduced the AI robot "Dooms," and Kim Kook Jin, who did not know much about AI, experienced the AI world by talking with Dooms.
Dooms used informal speech on first meeting, saying to Kim Kook Jin, "I'll handle the cheering so you just enjoy the filming," which upset Kim Kook Jin. When Kim Kook Jin showed displeasure, Dooms said, "Of course I know Kim Kook Jin. He's a legendary comedian, famous for playing golf well, and especially beloved by the public for catchphrases like 'Thank you' and 'Do you want to eat ramen,'" which made Kim Kook Jin laugh as he replied, "That's not something I said. Who did you mix up with whom?"
When asked to say Kim Kook Jin's catchphrases, Dooms said other lines, causing suspicion about that function. Although a collusion between Dooms and 조충현 was suspected, Dooms dismissed the possibility of manipulation, saying, "I just said things that came to mind."
In a tight spot, 조충현 asked about Kim Kook Jin's representative works. Dooms said, "One of Kim Kook Jin's representative works is serving as the MC of the long-beloved 'National Singing Contest'," and added, "I really did my best based on what I know with no manipulation," which made viewers wince.
