Hong Jin Kyung explained, "It wasn't that we were on bad terms, but after that we had a lot of pain, so I don't know exactly why, but I think we just became distant," suggesting that contact naturally stopped as they each coped with their own pain rather than due to any particular conflict.
Lee Sora also conveyed her painful feelings at the time, saying, "Those were hard times for all of us. I just wanted to get out of there. It was that kind of time," revealing the deep sadness hidden behind the glamorous exterior and how she felt so distressed she wanted to run away.
That halted time quickly reached 15 years. When the two met again after a long time, there was both warmth and a strange tension between them. Ahead of the reunion Hong Jin Kyung honestly expressed, "It's really awkward to know what to talk about when I meet the older sister."
To this Lee Sora said, "Won't it be kind of bittersweet? What did each of us do during the time we lost in the middle. We might cry," attracting attention.
