Broadcaster Hyunyoung talked about the difficult moments she experienced after her debut.
Hyunyoung on the 26th released a video expressing her concerns along with a message that said, "I feel a bit shy talking about my story. Would you like to hear it?"
In the video, Hyunyoung was asked, "When was the hardest moment while working in broadcasting?" Hyunyoung began, "I debuted as a Super Elite Model in 1997, so it has been 29 years."
Hyunyoung said, "The really hard part was accepting it. I won a top award as an MC, and when I was a rookie the comedic response to the work I debuted in was good so I even played a lead," and added, "If there was a Hyunyoung who was like a flower in the beautiful age during those 29 years, now there is a Hyunyoung who is ripening, and every time my position shifted slightly I felt that kind of hardship."
Hyunyoung said, "I was always so busy that after shoots if there was an interview I would go first, but after having a child they called someone else first for the interview when I returned. I wondered if the world had changed, but after having my first child once, and again after my second, every time I came back from a break those things happened, so I felt the passage of time and let it go and have been moving on."
Hyunyoung, who debuted in 1997 through the SBS Super Elite Model contest, married in 2012 and has one son and one daughter. She is currently active as an entrepreneur, running her own brand while appearing on broadcasts such as TV Chosun's "PerfecT Life."
