Broadcaster and entrepreneur Kim Jun-hee is drawing sympathy after a jewelry theft occurred at a store she operates.
On the 26th, Kim Jun-hee personally announced the theft that took place at her store on her social media. She said, "Today, while the store was crowded, jewelry was stolen," and could not hide her bewilderment and upset.
According to CCTV footage Kim Jun-hee reviewed, the culprit acted meticulously, pretending to look at earrings in the store and even lifting a bag. Kim Jun-hee described the situation, saying, "Watching the CCTV, they kept acting like they were looking at the earrings, then lifted the bag and, as if browsing, quietly left the store." The culprit's nonchalant method of committing the crime left viewers astonished. A composite sketch made from facial features and clothing was also released.
What drew particular attention was Kim Jun-hee's magnanimous response as the victim. She expressed bitterness, saying, "Even if the earrings looked very pretty, what do you mean just taking them?" but added a stinging yet affectionate plea: "Since you've already taken them, please wear them nicely and don't do this again."
Meanwhile, Kim Jun-hee is actively working as an entrepreneur, operating clothing, jewelry and cosmetics brands. Recently, her brand, which launched one year ago, celebrated the milestone of receiving an official store entry offer from a department store headquarters.
