Actor Lee Hae-in revealed the reality of being the owner of a 4 billion won building.
Lee Hae-in on the 26th posted a video on social media saying "I earned 1.2 million and got robbed."
In the video, Lee Hae-in said, "I earned 1.2 million won in two weeks through a short-term rental." Having previously succeeded in filling a vacancy, Lee Hae-in said she was sailing smoothly after also succeeding with a short-term rental.
But an unexpected problem appeared. Lee Hae-in said, "I even installed a washing machine, but a serious problem occurred. The sewer pipe burst. The repair cost came to 1 million won. I earned 1.2 million won and spent 1 million won. This is the reality of a building owner. Even after repairs it does not get better," conveying her bitter feelings.
Earlier, Lee Hae-in purchased a building worth about 4 billion won. Having taken out a loan of about 3.2 billion won last year to buy the building, Lee Hae-in said half of the building is vacant and that she covers 600,000 won of the 1.2 million won monthly interest herself.
Lee Hae-in debuted as a commercial model in 2005 and became known through tvN's "Funny TV Rollercoaster."
