Jewelry's Ha Joo-yeon shared an update that she has become unemployed.

That day, former soccer player Hwang Sun-min and his wife met Jewelry member Ha Joo-yeon, who is a close friend, in Seochon and greeted her warmly. Afterwards the three moved places and continued their conversation, engaging in a talk about ideal types.
When asked about her ideal type, Ha Joo-yeon said, "I prefer someone with dominant genes; they should be tall because I'm small. But we should also communicate well. There should be good tiki-taka. Tiki-taka is important to me," and explained, "I like Teto."
Then when asked, "If you had to pick the most important one?" Ha Joo-yeon emphasized "height." But when asked, "Their ability is terrible. They have 1 billion won in debt. But they're tall. Their appearance suits an older-sister style," she showed a troubled expression.

Meanwhile, Ha Joo-yeon joined Jewelry as a third-generation member in 2008 and was active with the group. After her exclusive contract expired in 2014, Ha Joo-yeon left the team and appeared on shows such as Show Me the Money 5 and Unpretty Rapstar 5, gaining exposure. After working part-time at a café from 2019, she announced in 2024 via YouTube that she had, for three years, been working at a kitchenware company. She currently runs a YouTube channel and shares updates.
