On the 26th episode of KBS2's 2 Days & 1 Night season 4, members were shown traveling to Naju in South Jeolla Province.
That day Moon Seyoon mentioned Yunho, the "passionate man" who had appeared as a guest in the previous episode, and worried, "I can't reach Yunho Yunho — what's going on?"
In response, DinDin asked, "Did Yuno hyung finish the hike and smile through the finish? Were you happy?", and Kim Jongmin replied, "Did you really enjoy it?"
Moon Seyoon said, "For the final ending when he came back, Yunho Yunho cut in, went 'Eungak' and when he left (in a hoarse voice) said, 'Hyung, please go in. See you next time.'" He explained that his voice became completely hoarse from shouting excessively during filming.
Kim Jongmin said, "He said he'd never had a hoarse voice, but he came here and lost it," and Moon Seyoon reported the exhausted state, "TVXQ! perform concerts like that, but they said they couldn't shout 'Who are we!' They could only weakly manage '1 Night.'"
DinDin explained, "Yuno hyung couldn't be reached until 9 p.m., and at 9 p.m. he contacted us saying, 'I finally came to my senses and woke up. I'm going to get an IV.'" At the same time, the screen revealed a message from Yunho Yunho saying, "I also collapsed and slept. You really suffered," which added to the laughter.
