LE SSERAFIM is showing unstoppable momentum, sweeping global music charts with the lead single from their new full-length album.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) pre-released the lead single of their second full album, "CELEBRATION," at 1 p.m. on the 24th, and immediately after its release the track stood out on major global music charts, racing down the road of commercial success.
The most striking indicator is undoubtedly the iTunes chart. Just one day after the song's release, the number of countries entering the chart and its rankings surged sharply, proving the fierce power of the global fandom. As of 8 a.m. on the 26th, "CELEBRATION" ranked No. 1 in Thailand, No. 2 in Hong Kong, No. 3 in Saudi Arabia, and placed on the iTunes Top Songs chart in a total of 32 countries and regions. After initially entering 25 regions on the 25th, it has been gradually expanding its reach. In particular, Russia and Spain made dramatic leaps from No. 90 and No. 92 to No. 34 and No. 19 respectively, and Saudi Arabia also jumped 22 places in just one day. On the worldwide iTunes song chart, it entered at No. 23 on the 24th and rose to No. 12 the next day, marking the highest rank among K-pop groups that day and showcasing an overwhelming presence.
The reaction on YouTube is also notable. As of 8 a.m. on the 26th, the song was ranked on YouTube's trending music charts in 19 countries and regions, including Hong Kong (No. 8), Australia (No. 10) and New Zealand (No. 15). In Canada and France it has climbed well beyond its initial entry positions to No. 10 and No. 25 respectively, showing signs of long-lasting popularity.
The report card on Spotify, the world's largest audio and music streaming platform, is also eye-catching. "CELEBRATION" surpassed 1,150,479 cumulative streams in just one day after release, and successfully landed on the daily top songs chart (for the 24th) in five countries and regions, including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.
Meanwhile, having heated various global charts and fired a successful comeback signal, LE SSERAFIM will appear on SBS' Inkigayo ON THE GO, which airs today (the 26th) at 3:15 p.m., to deliver a spectacular stage. Afterward, the much-anticipated second full album that includes "CELEBRATION," PUREFLOW pt.1, will be officially released on May 22, and the group will perform at the 2026 Weversecon Festival on June 6 and 7 at Seoul Olympic Park's KSPO DOME and 88 Lawn, where they will passionately engage with K-pop fans around the world.
