LE SSERAFIM is showing an unstoppable rise, sweeping global music charts with the lead single from their new full-length album.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) released the pre-release lead single from their second full-length album, "CELEBRATION," at 1 p.m. on the 24th, and immediately after its release it stood out on major global music charts, running a successful box office course.
The most notable indicator is undoubtedly the iTunes chart. In just one day after the song's release, the number of countries entering the chart and its rankings surged steeply, proving the intense firepower of the global fandom. As of 8 a.m. on the 26th, "CELEBRATION" ranked on the iTunes "Top Songs" chart in a total of 32 countries and regions, including No. 1 in Thailand, No. 2 in Hong Kong and No. 3 in Saudi Arabia. Earlier on the 25th it had entered 25 regions, and the trend shows it is gradually expanding its share. In particular, Russia and Spain each made a vertical leap from No. 90 and No. 92 to No. 34 and No. 19 respectively, and Saudi Arabia also jumped 22 spots in just one day. On the global scale "Worldwide iTunes Song" chart, it entered at No. 23 on the 24th and rose to No. 12 the next day, recording the highest rank among K-pop groups that day and demonstrating an overwhelming stature.
Reactions on YouTube are also notable. As of 8 a.m. on the 26th, the song ranked on YouTube's trending music charts in 19 countries and regions, including Hong Kong (No. 8), Australia (No. 10) and New Zealand (No. 15). It has shown signs of long-term success by rapidly surpassing its initial entry ranks in Canada and France, rising to No. 10 and No. 25 respectively.
The results on the world's largest audio and music streaming platform Spotify are also eye-catching. "CELEBRATION" surpassed 1,150,479 cumulative streams in one day after its release, and successfully landed on the "Daily Top Songs" chart (for the 24th) in five countries and regions including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM, which fired a successful comeback signal by heating various global charts, will appear on SBS' Inkigayo ON THE GO airing today (the 26th) at 3:15 p.m. to deliver a spectacular stage. Afterward, the highly anticipated second full-length album that includes "CELEBRATION," PUREFLOW pt.1, will be officially released on May 22, and they are scheduled to perform on the "2026 WeverseCon Festival" stage on June 6 and 7 at Seoul Olympic Park KSPO DOME and the 88 grass field, where they will passionately engage with K-pop fans worldwide.
