In the released video, Son Ye-jin is seen working out at a gym with the help of a trainer.

Son Ye-jin lay back supporting only her head on a gym ball, lifted dumbbells while doing arm exercises, and displayed stable posture and core strength, drawing surprise.

Meanwhile, Son Ye-jin married Hyunbin on Mar. 2022 and welcomed their first son that year. She is also preparing to return with the Netflix series "Scandal".
