Review: This is a review article written after watching the broadcast.
On "Siboyah," producer Na Young-seok received yoga instruction from Lee Hyori, and their conversation about a new variety show caught attention.
On the 24th, a video titled "Nanda Ginda Ananda: Teacher Lee Hyori's Namaste yoga class - Egg Culture Center" was posted on the "Siboyah" channel.
As a yoga instructor for 12 years, Lee Hyori appeared, then said "Through yoga you can gradually change emotions or temperament; hatha yoga balances the body and mind," she explained.
About the reason for the yoga studio, Lee Hyori said, "Because of yoga I have received many benefits in life. I met friends with whom I can be open while doing yoga," and "I benefited a lot and want to give back to yoga; I hope people who have similar concerns as me learn yoga and find comfort," she said. She added, "With classes I wake up at 5 a.m.; going to bed at 10 p.m. the night before also becomes a routine and becomes healthier," and "I hope it becomes a good experience for everyone," she conveyed.
At that time Lee Hyori said, "I suddenly became curious about rumors about me in the broadcasting industry." In response, producer Na said, "I've never worked with Lee Hyori before," and "I've never heard people say she's scary in the broadcasting industry; they say she's smart and has a good personality," to which Lee Hyori said, "I understand things well; they say I grasp needs well," and she made people laugh. When the production team said, "You should ask Lee Hyori about Lee Sang-soon," she confirmed, "I don't like useless greetings; I ask about the purpose first. They find that scary," she said.
When asked if she appears on variety shows these days, Lee Hyori said, "I recently did 'Mongle counseling,'" and "When time and circumstances allow, I actually like shows in the vein of 'Running Man'; I like funny shows. I still watch 'Infinite Challenge' and 'Family Outing,'" she said.
In particular, when producer Na asked, "Is there a variety show you want?" and asked about the style of shows she had done, Lee Hyori said, "There wasn't a variety show I couldn't do," and "Times have changed; you can't only think of the old things. Even if it's hard, I want something new," suggesting the possibility of a variety show featuring Lee Hyori and Na Young-seok together, which drew attention.
