Video platform YouTube deleted additional channels associated with controversial influencer Klavicular (real name Brayden Peters). This follows the termination of his original account last year.
On the 23rd (local time), U.S. outlet People reported that YouTube said, "We terminated the creator's original channel in November 2025," and "in accordance with terms of service that prohibit creating new channels after an account is suspended, we deleted additional channels." The company said the action is an extension of existing policy enforcement rather than a response to new violations.
Earlier, YouTube removed his channel for content that encouraged access to illegal or regulated goods and services, which are prohibited by policy. Under platform rules, a user whose account has been terminated cannot create or operate a new channel.
A company official said, "Amid various online controversies surrounding Klavicular, additional channels were identified," and "he had been fairly effective at trying to hide his association with those channels." YouTube then conducted an internal investigation, and when it confirmed the channels were linked to the same individual, it deleted them for "policy evasion."
The official said, "YouTube determined immediate action was necessary as soon as it confirmed the existence of those channels," and added, "the platform is continuously monitoring his activities and is aware that his popularity is growing." He added that the company is closely watching to prevent the emergence of additional similar channels.
Klavicular responded on X (formerly Twitter), "My channels were deleted without any warning or explanation," calling it "very sad." He claimed the deleted channels contained live streaming archives and lecture content "aimed at helping young men become better versions of themselves."
At 20, he quickly built influence online by promoting a controversial subculture focused on appearance improvement known as "looksmaxxing." He is reported to have gained more than 1 million followers across platforms such as TikTok, Kick and Instagram in the past year.
However, his content has been criticized for often covering extreme and dangerous methods of altering appearance. He emphasized the concept of "ascending," claiming dramatic appearance improvements lead to attention, status and romantic success, and he has mentioned using drugs such as testosterone, anabolic steroids and methamphetamine for appetite suppression.
He also claimed long-term steroid use left him infertile and shocked audiences by saying he attempted so-called "bone smashing," hitting his face with a hammer to change facial bone structure.
Experts warn that such "looksmaxxing" behaviors can pose serious health risks. They point out that even if "bone smashing" has any effect, it requires repeated procedures and bones can revert to their original state, making it highly dangerous. They recommend consulting medical professionals if seeking changes to one's appearance.
Meanwhile, he also runs an online community called the "Klavicular clan," where he provides guides that claim to "guarantee" appearance changes to members.
