U.S. singer D4vd (real name David Burk) has been charged with murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez and mutilating her body, and the victim's detailed autopsy results have been released, causing great shock.
According to a report by People on the 22nd (local time), the Los Angeles County coroner's autopsy report found that the victim girl's fatal wounds were mainly concentrated on the torso, including the chest and abdomen. The report said the deceased suffered at least two fatal attacks, including a right abdominal penetrating wound that damaged the liver and injuries that fractured ribs and penetrated the chest.
The gruesome condition of the body when it was found was also fully revealed. In September 2025, the victim's body, discovered in the trunk of a Tesla vehicle owned by D4vd, was reported to have been placed in two separate bags. Some fingers showed signs of mutilation, adding to the tragedy.
Toxicology tests detected a small amount of ethanol in liver tissue, but this was analyzed as a postmortem change or due to ingestion and not directly related to the cause of death. No drug components were detected, or a conclusion could not be reached due to other interfering substances.
Alongside the brutality of the crime, decisive circumstances linking the two people were also detected. The autopsy report noted a tattoo reading "Shhh..." on the victim's index finger, which was confirmed to be the same location and wording as a tattoo on D4vd's right index finger photographed in September 2024, provoking public outrage.
D4vd currently faces charges of murder, continuous sexual assault of a minor under 14, and abandonment and mutilation of a corpse. He has publicly denied all charges in court and pleaded not guilty, and he is currently jailed without bail.
