'Radio Star' Lucky said he owns nine buildings in India.

But it is true that he owns nine buildings. Lucky said, "I couldn't get a loan in Korea. I got loans in India to do it," he said. Kim Gu Ra asked curiously, "Please tell us, in Indian currency, which of the buildings is worth the most?"
Flustered, Lucky said, "Brother, I thought the tax office had just arrived," and Kim Gu Ra candidly said, "There are many rich people in India. I'm just curious roughly how much."
Lucky said, "Assuming a three-story building in the capital, Delhi, one floor is 4 to 5 billion won in Korean money," which surprised listeners. Explaining why it's more expensive than in Korea, he said, "Because of earthquakes you can't build tall buildings. There are many people and a shortage of land, so housing prices are insanely expensive."
When Kim Gu Ra pushed, "So indirectly you're extremely rich, aren't you?" Lucky rebutted again, "It's not mine. It's all come and gone. If I had invested in Korea it would have risen much more than in India."
