'You Quiz on the Block' actress Moon Geun-young recounted the circumstances of her acute compartment syndrome.
On the 22nd episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' (hereinafter 'You Quiz'), actress Moon Geun-young said she underwent surgery and rehabilitation nine years ago for acute compartment syndrome.
Moon Geun-young said, "The golden time had passed and it could have turned necrotic, so I had to have emergency surgery," and said she was diagnosed with acute compartment syndrome.
Moon Geun-young said, "I didn't know the wound was this large, and because my Paldo Co. could recur if I closed my arm, I had five layers of bandages wrapped. I unwrapped the bandages and saw the wound for the first time. I thought, 'This is serious; I'm glad the necrosis did not progress.' I think I cried when I was told the finger nerves might not recover."
