Broadcaster Lucky, whose couple age totals 93, succeeded in a miraculous natural pregnancy and recently gave birth to a daughter, bringing a warm feeling and surprise to living rooms.
The MBC program Radio Star, airing at 10:30 p.m. on the 22nd, will feature Ryu Jin, Ki Tae-young, Lucky and Song Ha-bin in the special Papa GO! ALL daddy PROJECT.
Lucky, a contestant on the Korean program Outsiders who is from India and has lived in Korea for 30 years, recently visited Radio Star with the happiest news: he became a father at a late age. In this episode Lucky shares a movie-like story about succeeding in a natural pregnancy at a combined couple age of 93 and holding his daughter in his arms.
As a newly minted late-in-life father, Lucky will share the realistic parenting hardships he faces as a novice dad and how his daily life changed 180 degrees after having a child, drawing viewers' sympathy.
Lucky tied the knot in September last year with a non-celebrity beauty who used to be a flight attendant. Lucky adds interest with a wedding recap described as an "essence" that exquisitely blended Korean and Indian cultures, conveying the glamorous and joyful atmosphere that brought together the best elements of both countries.
Especially noteworthy is his scale befitting a "sesame entrepreneur." Lucky mentioned the enormous wedding gifts from guests at the time, saying, "There was someone who gave an amount equivalent to the price of a car," which excited the studio.
Lucky's surprising past is also recalled. As a veteran of life in Korea, he reminisces about his days as an actor. He reveals an episode about appearing as a U.S. military officer in the blockbuster drama Yeoin Sidae, which recorded a 60% viewership and was loved nationwide. The vivid behind-the-scenes stories he experienced on set left the MCs and guests astonished.
