Actor Lee Seung-won, who grants in the film "Kkwang sosihyo" (production: Make the Film), first captured the Vietnamese market and now, today (21), holds its official digital release in Korea to meet domestic audiences.
"Kkwang sosihyo" is a comic action film about a character caught up in an unexpected incident who waits out the statute of limitations, leading to chaotic mishaps. The film, notable for its fast-paced progression, character-driven humor and intuitive storyline, drew attention in overseas markets even before its domestic release.
In particular, this film took the unusual step of pre-releasing a dubbed version in the Vietnamese market, which has a high level of emotional commonality with Korea, running a global test. Based on the enthusiastic response from local audiences, the producers verified the content's competitiveness before coming to domestic fans.
The cast lineup is also striking. Lead actor Ji Seung-hyun plays the role of "Seong-cheol," providing a strong central performance, and Jung Hye-sung appears as "Bora," adding a different charm to complete the perfect balance. In addition, actor Lee Seung-won (Senai Ent. Co., Ltd.) plays the role of "Pilsu," who designs and unravels all these chaotic situations, injecting vitality into the film.
Make the Film (CEO Seo Jeong-ae) said, "As a work that confirmed its potential first in the global market, we hope that after the Korean release it can meet more audiences and bring them joy."
Meanwhile, "Kkwang sosihyo" will be available from the 21st on various platforms including the three major IPTV providers, wavve, Watcha and Coupang Play.<
