Comedian Cho Hye-lyeon expressed joy over her 85-year-old mother's recovery.
Cho Hye-lyeon wrote on the 21st, "Eighty-five-year-old Choi Bok-soon is walking well again. A miracle!!!" adding, "Seven years ago she was in a wheelchair, had urinary issues, gave birth to seven daughters one after another, couldn't do postpartum care and underwent six back surgeries—Ms. Choi Bok-soon~♡ Seeing her youngest, her eighth child, son Jo Ji-hwan, challenge a diet from 106 kilograms to a smashing body, Mom hauled herself up despite her aching back and legs. She said she would build muscle too!!! I am so happy♡"
She added, "Mom!! Let's travel to Sydney where there is the universe!!" and appended, "#ChoiBokSoon #recovery #smashingbody9thdayJoJi-hwan #sonsupport".
In the released photos, Cho Hye-lyeon's mother is shown walking with the aid of a walker. Cho Hye-lyeon's mother moved forward freely without any difficulty walking and appeared much healthier than before, surprising viewers who could hardly believe the statement that "seven years ago she was in a wheelchair and had urinary issues." Also capturing attention were images of her beaming widely while kissing her cute granddaughter against the apartment flower bed backdrop.
Meanwhile, on the same day Cho Hye-lyeon released a new song, a lively cheering song titled "To the eagle." The new song "To the eagle" carries a message of awakening a sleeping eagle to make it fly again and was conceived as an encouragement song to give someone courage amid a weary daily life. Above all, this song was born from a collaboration with her husband and lyricist·composer, CEO Ko Yosep. CEO Ko Yosep is a versatile producer who covers popular music as well as production of performances, and he and Cho Hye-lyeon have worked together as spouses and business partners for 11 years.
