Sunwoo circled the part about completion of settlement payments and wrote "? X," asserting that One Hundred's statement was not true.
Earlier that day, One Hundred said in an official statement that the company had already completed payments of large exclusive contract fees and settlement money to the members and that plans for settlement payments had also been transparently established.
It added, "One Hundred still sincerely supports and wants full-group activities by all 10 members of The Boyz," and said it was "deeply concerned about the current situation in which members are being harmed and the situation is worsening due to someone's incitement."
As the two sides' claims sharply clash, The Boyz filed a complaint related to the termination of the exclusive contract with the Seoul Central District Court, and on the 20th the first hearing in the injunction lawsuit to suspend the effect of the exclusive contract was held.
