On the 20th, the legal representative of her agency, BlisU, conveyed an official position: "Regarding the family-related matter of an artist under BlisU that has been spreading in recent media reports and online communities and social media, the artist and BlisU are completely unrelated to the matter."
He added, "The artist began training at a young age, became independent early and has long lived apart from her family, and is not in a position to know about or be involved in the private life of the person in question," and emphasized, "The artist has never received compensation from BlisU on behalf of any family member, nor has any family member participated in decision-making in BlisU during its preparatory process or up to now."
In particular, "Claims being spread by some outlets and online that 'the person in question and the artist joined hands to establish [the company]' or that 'the person in question is an executive or CEO of BlisU' are completely untrue," and "BlisU and the artist provide no financial or legal support to the person in question and have no plans to provide such support in the future," they said emphatically.
They added, "Continuously spreading false information or linking the artist's name, likeness or image to unrelated matters and consuming and amplifying them constitutes a clear infringement of rights and defamation," and said, "We will take a firm stance without leniency or settlement against malicious or repeated post authors and distributors."

We express our serious regret that some media reports and content spreading in online communities and social media have indiscriminately associated the artist and BlisU with a family-related matter of an artist under BlisU and have defamed them based on untrue information.
First, the matter currently being raised is completely unrelated to the artist and BlisU, and many of the items circulating online are unverified speculation or clear falsehoods.
The artist began training at a young age, became independent early and has long lived apart from her family, and is not in a position to know about or be involved in the private life of the person in question.
Also, while the artist did receive some limited advice and acted as a conduit for communication from family members to consult with parties during BlisU's preparatory process, from that time until now no family member has received compensation from BlisU or participated in decision-making. Since then, BlisU has been run completely independently without any relation to family members.
In particular, the claims being spread by some media and online that "the person in question and the artist joined hands to establish [the company]" or that "the person in question is an executive or CEO of BlisU" are completely untrue, and we make clear that the person in question currently has no legal or managerial relationship with BlisU.
Furthermore, BlisU and the artist do not provide any financial or legal support to the person in question and have no plans to provide such support in the future. In addition, there is no interaction or involvement with the person in question in connection with this matter.
Nevertheless, continuously spreading false information or linking the artist's name, likeness or image to unrelated matters and consuming and amplifying them constitutes a clear infringement of rights and defamation.
Accordingly, our legal representatives solemnly warn that we will immediately take all civil and criminal legal measures available against the following acts.
