Yang Chi-seung, who gained fame as a trainer for actors including Kim Woo-bin, is living a new life after suffering damages such as gym closure and jeonse fraud.

Yang Chi-seung had earlier opened a health club in a location in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, introduced by an acquaintance, but three years after opening, he received an eviction order from the Gangnam District Office rather than from the building owner with whom he had signed the lease. It turned out that the building had been established under a 20-year lease agreement the building owner had made with the Gangnam District Office, but that fact was concealed while lease contracts were signed with tenants including Yang Chi-seung. It was later reported that Yang even took out a mortgage loan on his residence to raise the jeonse deposit for the gym, drawing sympathy.
