'Salimnam' exclusively revealed the wedding site of Shinhwa member Lee Min Woo and set a new high for the show this year.
On the 18th at 9:20 p.m., KBS 2TV's Salimnam aired a special episode featuring singer Kim Tae-yeon and broadcast the lavish wedding of Lee Min Woo. The broadcast recorded a 6.1% nationwide rating by Nielsen Korea.
The episode depicted Lee Min Woo carefully inspecting the venue from the day before the wedding. In particular, the celebrity-level beauty of his wife, Lee A-mi, who was caring for their second daughter who was just over 100 days old while supporting her husband, was revealed and drew admiration. Lee Min Woo said, "I have performed on countless stages, but I am especially nervous today," and could not hide his excited feelings.
The wedding venue was packed with A-list guests that resembled an end-of-year awards show. Shinhwa leader Eric appeared with his wife Na Hye-mi and their two sons, and top stars including actor Song Seungheon, Kang Ho-dong, Jun Hyun-moo, Park Myung Soo, Cha Taehyun, and Yoon Si-yoon attended in large numbers, brightening the event. In the process, Ji Sang-ryul made a remark that sounded as if he was considering marriage to Shin Bo-ram, who is 16 years younger, which stirred the studio.
The formal ceremony began cheerfully with Shinhwa members Junjin and Andy serving as masters of ceremonies. While singing a surprise song prepared for the bride, Lee Min Woo became so moved that he shed tears, touching those who watched. In the second part, Park Seo-jin's spectacular janggu performance and the joyful dance of Lee Min Woo's mother continued, creating a festive atmosphere. In particular, Shinhwa's "Wild Eyes" stage, in which Lee Min Woo performed together with his eldest daughter, showcased perfect father-daughter chemistry and served as the highlight of the ceremony.
