Actor Lee Ju-yeon's confession of peak popularity has again drawn attention to the romantic history that once made headlines.
On the 18th, the MBC variety program Omniscient Interfering View featured After School alumnus and actor Lee Ju-yeon, who revealed her candid daily life. That day Lee Ju-yeon recalled a past when she rose to fame as one of the "internet's top five pretty faces" during high school.
Lee Ju-yeon said, "In front of the school, people from every agency were all there. I started as a magazine model. At some point I found myself dancing. Lee Ju-yeon was long the subject of repeated pink rumors with singer G-DRAGON. Their dating rumors first surfaced in 2017 when a mobile app video was released on social media, and in 2018 and 2019 companion travel reports and others were raised, resulting in as many as five dating allegations. After about eight years of prolonged rumors, G-DRAGON's side issued an official statement in June last year saying, "The dating rumors are groundless," putting the rumors to rest for the time being.
