Pop star Christina Aguilera dominated the red carpet with what has been called an "emaciated" body.
Aguilera attended the 12th Breakthrough Prize Ceremony at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California, on the 16th (local time). On the day she appeared wearing a black leather dress with a deep plunging neckline and drew the spotlight.
Having reportedly lost about 22kg (50 pounds) recently, she drew admiration by unabashedly showing off a frail waist that looked as if it could be pinched between a few fingers. Some have speculated that Aguilera's dramatic weight loss may have been the result of weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic, but she has not officially confirmed this.
With a blonde bob haircut and bangs, Aguilera paired the look with an extravagant diamond necklace, projecting a sophisticated yet alluring vibe. The dress, which combined a leather top with a see-through lace skirt, subtly highlighted her toned legs and added sensuality.
Also accompanying her was Matthew Rutler, who has been in an engagement relationship with her for more than 10 years. Rutler, appearing in a black suit, showed affectionate poses such as kissing Aguilera on the cheek, demonstrating an unwavering front of affection. The two met in 2010 and got engaged in 2014, and they have a 9-year-old daughter, Summer. Aguilera also has a 16-year-old son, Max, from her marriage to ex-husband Jordan Bratman.
Meanwhile, the Breakthrough Prize, known as the "Oscars of science," is an awards ceremony honoring scientists who have contributed to the growth of human knowledge. In addition to Aguilera, top stars such as Salma Hayek, Gigi Hadid and Anne Hathaway attended the event in large numbers to brighten the occasion.<
