The ninth episode of Screwballs season 4: The Rival, which will be released on the 19th, features Kim Sook, Hong Jin Kyung, Cho Sae-ho, Joo Woo-jae and Woo-young spending a special time under the concept of the Dora senior college MT. That day, the members dress as octogenarian seniors and perform an unusual skit, showcasing bolder chemistry.
What particularly draws attention is the relationship setup between Kim Sook and Joo Woo-jae. The two appear in the drama as "first loves" who secretly adored each other 50 years ago, unfolding a twilight romance. The two, who have often worked together on various variety shows, add fresh fun by entangling in a completely different type of relationship this time.
In the drama, Kim Sook asks Joo Woo-jae directly, "Are you thinking of remarrying?" and Joo Woo-jae replies with a sweet line, "The reason I've been alone until now is because I have been waiting for Kim Sook since 50 years ago." According to reports, the unexpected development filled the set with laughter.
At one point, when Joo Woo-jae says his ideal type is a "sexy woman," Kim Sook immediately acts on it, and she raises the mood with bold flirting, even mentioning the title deed to her house in Jeju. Joo Woo-jae also shows a flustered appearance and continues the back-and-forth banter.
